Review:

Kelly’s suspenseful, page-turning novel opens in mysterious circumstance with the possibility of a terrible event in play.  The story is told primarily in Lara’s voice, as she weaves past events into present day. 

Estranged from her family, Lara Quade, a researcher at Princeton studies automata robots, lives a quiet but lonely life on a stipend from the center and is badly scarred by an event from her childhood.  However, Lara’s life abruptly changes when she receives a concert ticket from an unknown admirer.

Action-packed with well-described characters, the mysterious story twists and turns as the pieces slowly fall into place.
