An affluent, Californian, couple travels to Belize with the hopes that a shaman can cure their young, troubled, out of control daughter who fantasizes about a character, Dodo.

The incompetent mother, reluctant to discipline her little girl, who throws constant tantrums, also disallows her husband to control the child.

After visiting witch doctors that did not help, the parents visit a shaman who offers flowers for the child’s bath and voila!  Dodo disappears!
